    Primary Responsibilities: As a Human Resources Coordinator at Turfscape, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the success of our HR operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    1. Recruiting: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
    2. Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, facilitating paperwork completion, and coordinating training programs to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
    3. HR Systems: Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records. Utilize HR systems to generate reports, track employee data, and streamline HR processes.
    4. HR Metrics: Compile and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Prepare reports on key HR metrics such as turnover rates, time-to-fill, and employee satisfaction to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    5. Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a fair and inclusive work environment.
    6. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and recognition programs.
    7. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining personnel files, processing employee changes, and assisting with HR-related projects and initiatives.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
