    AppleTree Staffing is seeking qualified applicants for our client's Production Associate position in the Mount Comfort area.

    This client is a worldwide company in business for over 75 years. As a result, they offer an EXTREMELY stable environment with no concern of layoffs, cutbacks, or plant closures. The Mount Comfort facility is an immaculately clean and extremely well-organized work environment for someone with the right qualifications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Operate machinery and equipment according to safety protocols and production guidelines.
    • Assemble components and parts to contribute to the manufacturing process.
    • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
    • Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
    • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
    • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
