- Program manage the partner evaluation process executing concurrent evaluations.
- Act as a liaison for partner relationship management, program implementation, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmap initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and potential partner candidates to be evaluated.
- Assist in the development of product requirements and specifications to meet our clients and market needs
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Prepare and deliver RFP responses in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and analyze product and partner performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitive landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, partner program management, or related roles within the fintech industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of financial services, payments, or banking industry preferred.
- Experience with RFP processes and proposal writing is a plus.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
