- Answering and directing phone calls and inquiries with professional etiquette
- Monitoring email inquiries and replying within 24 hour period, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, inspected, neat, and safe reception area.
- Minor typing, reservation, and database entry.
- Assisting Front Desk Staff with coverage
- Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership
- Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook
- 21 years of age or older
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office 365 Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be a team player
- Must be helpful, friendly, courteous, and kind at all times
- Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination
- Be or become a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America
- Provide daily memorable moments that are recognized and matter to customers
- Contribute feedback to the hospitality department on improvements for operation
- Reply to all email within 24 hours within your scope of work
- Up to 4 hours a day of either standing, walking, hiking, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Can pass the physical exam and approved for SBR height and weight requirements
