Position Summary:
**$25,000 sign-on bonus**
Responsibilities include performing scrub duties, assisting with patient care, and ensuring quality patient care through a team approach. Other duties involve maintaining cleanliness, participating in continuing education, and applying age-related factors to patient care.
Reports to: Director of Surgical Services
Minimum Education: Graduate of a Program for Surgical Technology, Licensed Practical Nurse, or equivalent experience is required.
Required Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. The role requires the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) - required within 30 days
Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of one-year hospital experience as an Operating Room Technician is necessary, showing a service-oriented mindset and the ability to cater to the surgical needs of all patient populations.
