Job Description:

Challenging and varied tasks in a motivated, established team
Teamoriented work and communication with various professional groups, including physiotherapy, speech therapists, doctors, psychologists, nursing staff, social workers, as well as family members and caregivers
Mainly working in geriatrics
Conducting patient history and assessments
Selfhelp training in all relevant areas of life
Functional therapy
Training of hand function and fine motor skills
Transfer training
Mobility training, also outdoors
Advice, organization, and training on assistive devices
Counseling for family members
Cognitive testing and training
Participation in team meetings
Documentation (electronic and paperbased)
Participation in internal team meetings on various wards of different medical specialties
Interest in further education and training
