Do you want to take on social responsibility? As a job placement specialist for employee-oriented clients at the Employment Agency, you will advise and support our clients on all topics related to the job market, whether it's about career development, changing jobs, or returning to work.

Your tasks and responsibilities

At our agency, you will support job seekers in their integration into the workforce by providing information about different professions or helping them prepare for job interviews.

You will work together with your clients to develop new career perspectives or opportunities for further education and make decisions regarding further support.

With your empathy and understanding of people, you will recognize and promote the potential of your clients.

You will independently advise and support a fixed client base in close collaboration with your team, and actively participate in filling job positions.

As a prerequisite, you have a (university) degree (ideally in the fields of social security, administration, law, finance and accounting, or personnel management) or at least three years of professional experience
