Your Responsibilities:


As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a sparring partner for a specific business area and advise and support our managers and employees in all personnel matters.

Your tasks are very diverse. From recruiting to onboarding, development and employee retention, to separation, you are involved in all personnel processes.

In addition, you will take on strategically important topics such as personnel planning and the development of measures and tools for employee retention.


  • In your role, you act as a trusted sparring partner for the managers in your area of responsibility and provide independent advice on all personnelrelated matters
  • You translate our company strategy into concrete HR goals and activities for the areas you support, along the entire employee life cycle
  • Together with the other HR Business Partners, you ensure recruiting as well as optimal personnel planning and staffing
  • You also effectively implement all relevant HR instruments, methods, and policies and work closely with interfaces within the organization
  • Your responsibilities also include continuously developing HR processes, instruments, and systems, as well as participating in HR projects and actively supporting change processes
  • Further development of the talent acquisition and recruitment function from a process and quality perspective:
  • Implementation of innovative and inclusive hiring strategies (including employer branding initiatives)
  • Development of a sourcing strategy to attract applicants and ensure a sufficient and highquality applicant pipeline
  • Preselection, telephone interviews with candidates to create shortlists
  • Management and control of the closing process, including offer and contract negotiations
