The Ecumenical Social Station Ludwigshafen am Rhein gGmbH in Rosedale, OK is currently seeking a new team member (m/f/d) for succession planning as soon as possible in the following area:

Telephone switchboard / Reception / General administration

Part-time position, 30 hours/week

Responsibilities:

You will answer all incoming calls, provide assistance and redirect them as needed.
As the first point of contact, you will greet our visitors.
Ordering office supplies for the entire facility.
Scheduling and monitoring maintenance work, such as smoke detector and electrical equipment inspections.
Managing the work uniforms for the North location.
Servicing copiers, printers, and fax machines in the nursing area at the North location.

Your profile:

You enjoy communication and are approachable to others.
You have a high level of empathy for the concerns and needs of our patients/customers.
You have strong organizational skills and can maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have some experience in telephone switchboard work.
Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
Good computer skills.
