    Description

    Vander Haag's is an industry leader in the sale of used, refurbished, and new heavy duty truck and trailer components.

    Our *Truck Parts Sales* team is at the center of this process, assisting customers with finding the parts they need to get their truck back on the road


    This position requires:

    • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
    • Basic computer skills
    • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
    • Having some mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required

    Responsibilities of the job include:

    selling new, used, and rebuilt heavy duty truck parts; assisting walk in customers at the parts counter; working with the service department for parts needed in the shop; taking parts calls by phone; assisting with inventory control; and prospecting and cold calling on potential new customers.

    *Hours:
    • Day shift hours, Monday through Friday.
    *Compensation:
    • This position pays an hourly base compensation dependent upon experience level. Typical annual compensation for this position ranges from $55,000/year to $65,000/year. The compensation for this position includes an uncapped commission that is paid monthly.
