- Must possess a current, unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse (R.N.) or Licensed Practical (L.P.N.) license to practice, or compact state license.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in skilled nursing setting, previous experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing preferred.
- Leadership competencies including developed interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to inspire and operate effectively at all levels.
- Must reside in Watertown, South Dakota or surrounding areas, or be willing to relocate to the Watertown, South Dakota area (Relocation Assistance available).
