- Provide clinical services and ensure staff coverage for clinical services.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure all healthcare is delivered in compliance with established policies.
- Educate patients and their families on diagnoses and care plans.
- Coordinate and optimize patient care and clinic workflows.
- Administer medications accurately and manage patient referrals and prescriptions.
- Oversee and develop nursing policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Supervise and evaluate the nursing staff, promoting professional development.
- Participate in compliance and quality improvement activities to enhance care standards.
- Act as a key leader within the department, ensuring adherence to health care regulations and standards.
- Required education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Midwifery or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least two years of direct patient care as an RN and substantial experience in nursing management.
- Required certifications: Valid RN license, Current Adult/Infant CPR, and Neonatal Resuscitation Certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Light driving, ability to pass a 7-year background check, physical examination, and drug screening.
- Salary range: $136,500 to $156,500 per year, with potential for bonuses and merit increases.
