Experienced Admin Processor Opportunity AvailableQualifications
Minimum of 1+ years of data entry experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient in accurate claims processing and follow-up procedures
Strong communication and customer service skills
Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Data Entry
Knowledge of Accounts Payable is preferred
Familiarity with medical billing clearinghouses such as Availity and Emdeon (Change Healthcare)
Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable is a bonus
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to verify information and provide support through various communication channels
Assist in processing Medical Billing Claims for government and agencies
Collaborate effectively within a team environment
Adapt to changing requirements and adhere to established policies and procedures
Offer support to other departments when required by management
Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
