Leadership:
Coach and support the members of the client service team.
Facilitate the onboarding of each new client and transition that client onto a client service representative. Ensure that the client service team is providing excellent client service.
Implement policy and procedures within the department.
Resolve complex client issues that arise.
Resolve all escalations.
Client Relations:
Interact with clients to build relationships.
Ensure that client needs are being met by the company.
Communicate updates or regulations to the clients.
Ensure that the client service team is very responsive to the client requests.
Coordinate all annual or bi-annual client success meetings.
Analysis:
Create quarterly and Monthly departmental reports to analyze the practices goals are met.
Facilitate all analytical requests from the client and determine if IT assistance is necessary to deliver the analysis.
Frequently review the client's revenue to ensure client expectations are met as well as identifying trends.
