- Develop and manage standardized clinical pharmacy programs.
- Create annual clinical pharmacy business plans.
- Participate in Acute Pharmacy and Therapeutics meetings.
- Assist in system formulary development.
- Analyze drug spend trends and implement protocols.
- Lead Lifepoint Clinical Advisory Group.
- Participate in System Clinical Service Line meetings.
- Prepare Pharmacy Key Performance Indicator reports.
- Ensure effective clinical intervention documentation.
- Provide clinical recommendations and reports.
- Communicate with facility directors and leadership teams.
- Assist in developing best practice recommendations.
- Contribute to quality improvement and fiscal goals.
- Facilitate review of ADE/ADR reports and process improvement.
- Assist in pharmacy staff competencies and educational programs.
- Act as a clinical resource for Lifepoint facilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- PharmD required.
- Residency training or BCPS certification preferred.
- 5-10 years' experience as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital setting.
- Previous experience in a clinical coordinator or manager role preferred.
