    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Acquire knowledge of the services offered at the firm through our Attorney-led comprehensive training program
    • Conduct one-hour interviews with potential clients to assess their eligibility based on our Legal team's criteria.
    • Lead interviews using approved sales scripts and empathy to establish connections with potential clients. Assist clients side-by-side with office Intake Managers to enhance their experience.
    • Inform clients about the advantages of working with our firm and the available payment options
    • Convert potential leads into clients by highlighting the benefits and values of each case type.
    • Schedule and consistently follow up with potential leads to reinforce the value of our services.
    • Participate in weekly Legal training sessions with firm Attorneys

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
    • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
    • Exceptional customer service abilities
    • Positive demeanor
    • Demonstrated capability to meet deadlines
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong analytical and problems-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Background in sales or a metrics-driven environment is a bonus

    This role is full-time, with a comprehensive training period. Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm.
