At the Berg location, RAFI develops and produces modern components, touchscreen, input, and electronic systems.

Your responsibilities

Responsible for the complete implementation of the specified production planning in the testing field / ICT
Collaboration in the organizational management of the mentioned area
Deployment planning of the necessary personnel within the specified responsibility area (testing field / ICT)
Full participation in setting up and operating equipment and systems
Diagnosis, error analysis, and repair of defective SMT / THT assembled assemblies in ongoing production in the testing field / ICT
Documentation of error data
Responsibility for all work in the entire testing field / ICT area
Conduct shift changes according to specified criteria

Your profile

You have completed vocational training in the field of industrial electronics, radio and television technology, electromechanics, or a comparable qualification
You have several years of experience in the field of electronic assembly testing and repair
You also have experience in personnel management
PC skills (Office, SAP, iTAC) are required
Organizational skills are an advantage
