Job Description

Your Daily Responsibilities are provided below.

Handle a caseload, attend court, negotiate settlements, oversee trial preparation, conduct trials, and attend meditations and arbitrations
Advise clients of claim liability and legal rights and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations
Conduct depositions and respond to discovery demands
Ability to conduct discovery and draft motions
Gather evidence to initiate and support legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of the case
Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases

Qualifications

What We are looking for from the potential hire:

Must have a minimum of one year of documented experience in pre-suit personal injury cases and must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited university
Prior experience on the Plaintiff's side with Personal Injury Protection.

Good to Have: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
