    Our client has an opportunity for a mid-level litigation associate to work in commercial litigation, construction litigation and real estate litigation serving clients in Florida and across the Midwest. If you're a motivated litigation associate that wishes to work alongside a shareholder on disputes in state and federal court, appellate court, and various arbitration and administrative forums, including the Internal Revenue Service, reach out today.

    The requirements of the Litigation Attorney are:

    • Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
    • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
    • Represent the firm's clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
    • Collaborate with other attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
    • Provide legal advice to clients, keeping them informed of their case status and legal options.

    The ideal Litigation Attorney:

    • At least three years of litigation experience, ideally business and commercial litigation, or related areas.
    • Real estate litigation experience is preferred.
    • Florida bar member, or the ability to gain admission.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong commitment to client service and maintaining high ethical standards.

    Location:

    This position is a hybrid role. The office is located in the Gainesville, Florida area.
