- Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Represent the firm's clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
- Provide legal advice to clients, keeping them informed of their case status and legal options.
