- 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am
- Every other weekend
- Perform physical examinations and health assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
- Document patient medical information and nursing care in medical records
- Conduct IV insertions and administer injections
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Assist with laboratory testing and analyze results
- Proficient in IV insertion techniques
- Strong medical documentation skills
- Ability to conduct physical examinations following standards of practice
- Experience in health coaching and patient assessment
- Familiarity with hospice care and toddler care
- Skilled in administering injections accurately
