Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for daily operational tasks and inquiries
  • Provide proactive and effective support and guidance to managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Assist with personnel management for the organization
  • Oversee and implement individual personnel initiatives
  • Manage and execute central HR processes
  • Administer existing HR processes, assist with the implementation of new processes, and continuously improve existing processes
  • Lead HR projects at the site level and collaborate with the HR team in the DACH region
  • Foster a positive and productive relationship with the works council
  • Work with other HR departments, such as Talent Acquisition and HR Service Center, to complete general HR administrative tasks
