Your tasks include:

You coordinate and manage your living area according to professional, organizational, and economic aspects
You ensure the quality of care processes
Accompanying new residents in their integration into the living area
Instruction, motivation, and promotion of your team
Implementation of quality assurance measures
You are a competent contact person for doctors, therapists, and relatives
You contribute to creating a positive living and working environment for our residents and your team

You bring with you:

Completed vocational training as a certified geriatric nurse or health and nursing nurse
Desirable: several years of professional experience in senior or nursing care
Advantageous: additional qualification for living area management; familiar with the application of legal requirements
Empathy and teamwork skills
Sense of responsibility and commitment to good care
