For one of our senior centers in the Buffalo area, we are looking for a facility manager in full-time.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the quality of care and customer satisfaction
Budget responsibility and personnel planning
Setting goals and strategies for the care facility in coordination with management
Selection and development of managers and employees, as well as promoting young talent
Professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility for the employees of the facility
Market and customer positioning of the senior center, public relations

Qualifications:

Qualification as a facility manager according to the Bavarian Care and Housing Quality Act (AVPfleWoqG)
Professional experience as a facility manager
Flexible and structured work style
Innovative thinking and willingness to further education
Businessoriented thinking and working style
