How you can contribute:

You will process payroll for all employees and support reporting and certification processes
You will be responsible for personnel administration from entry to exit
You will carry out personnel management in accordance with labor, tax, and social security requirements
You will be the point of contact for our employees, health insurance companies, authorities, and economic/tax auditors
You will support in applicant management and various tasks in daily operations

What we expect from you:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a personnel clerk, with relevant work experience
You have sound knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
You have first experience with payroll and time tracking tools, good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
You are reliable and have a structured, results-oriented, and independent way of working
You have proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
