We are currently looking for a

Facility Manager (m/f/d) specializing in Electrical Engineering

for our headquarters in Neuenstadt-Kochertürn. Your responsibilities:

Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of electrical and building systems
Operation and monitoring of fire protection systems such as fire alarm systems and sprinkler systems
Identification and elimination of malfunctions in all building technology
Execution of minor modifications, adjustments, and expansions of electrical systems
Coordination of maintenance companies and monitoring of maintenance services
Documentation of maintenance, repairs, and malfunctions
Independent execution and support of projects in the field of building technology
Availability for on-call duty is required

What you bring:

Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. electronics technician for energy and building technology, energy systems electronics technician, electrician, or comparable training in the field of electrical engineering
