    Description
    BS degree Supply Chain, business, industrial engineering, etc.
    MBA/Masters a real plus, Lean Certifications are needed.

    Experience with SQL, project management and six sigma lean tools - five plus years lean applications manufacturing and warehouse, transportation/logistics, distribution.

    Individual contributor - ability to collaborate and work independently, startup experience.
    Subject matter expert in lean - work place organization, process improvement, visual management, lead time reductions, employee engagement
    Reports directly to the Senior Manager Continuous Improvement
    Keen ability for problem solving, client engagement, and ability for 50% travel

    Must have strong computer literacy skills including strong usage of Google Sheets/Excel which also includes pivot tables, macros, data links, etc.
