Description

We are looking for a result-driven retail Seasonal Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.

You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store's visual appearance in high standards.

Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

Responsibilities:
Delivers exceptional customer service through personal contact with customersSupports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respectAccurately rings customer purchases and counts change back to customer according to established operating proceduresMaintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standardsAccurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floorInitiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the dayMaintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store*Seasonal: May - August 2024*Requirements Possesses excellent customer service skillsAble to work a flexible schedule to support business needsPossesses strong organizational skills with attention to detailCapable of handling multiple tasks at one timeAble to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situationsPossesses strong communication skillsCapable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodationWorks effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasksRetail customer experience preferredPop-culture/trend awareness preferredSalary Description $16/Hourly
