    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative & Event Coordinator located in Irvine, CA. The

    Administrative & Event Coordinator

    will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating events, preparing reports, and communicating with clients and vendors. The

    Administrative & Event Coordinator

    will work closely with other members of the organization, and will be relied upon to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree Preferred
    • 1-3 years of experience working as an administrative assistant or related field
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
    • Photoshop, Canva, CAD knowledge (Preferred not needed)
    • Event Rental Knowledge (Preferred not needed)
