Your responsibilities:

› Procurement of raw materials, supplies, and operating materials on the national market

› Finding, selecting, and managing suppliers, cost monitoring, and budget planning

› Ensuring a smooth material procurement process

› Creating and sending inquiries and orders

› Preparing and comparing offers

› Checking order confirmations and coordinating any deviations

› Monitoring deadlines (checking and, if necessary, reporting delivery dates)

› Checking quantities

› Checking invoices

› Processing complaints

› Creating, expanding, and maintaining master data in NAVISION

› Creating and maintaining documentation (NAV, DocuWare)

› Acting as a communication link between internal and external partners
