Local Unit & Position Description:
We are seeking a student assistant to join our modern, international, and digitalized organization in Victorville, CA. Our company's purpose is to protect life, property, and the environment.


As a student assistant, you will be part of our Energy Systems department, focusing on renewable energy for the onshore wind sector.

You will report directly to the Senior Engineer, Analytics & Engineering for the Netherlands and Germany.


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Assisting with daily tasks such as site visits and developing tools
  • Automating data analysis tasks related to meteorology and wind farm production
  • Contributing to service development improvements
This position is available at our offices in Oldenburg and Hamburg.

Availability:
Approximately 20 hours per week


Position Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of programming and data analysis tools, such as Excel and Power BI
  • Proficiency in Python programming
  • Fluent in English and German (German fluency is not required)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Attention to detail
  • Good technical understanding
