Due to the continuous expansion of our services, we are looking for
freelance instructors (m/f/d) for training in commercial subjects.

Your diverse tasks include:

Depending on your qualifications, you will provide crosscurricular or modular training in general and/or specific business studies topics.
Depending on the available opportunities, you will teach participants according to the training plan, for example in the following commercial subjects: office processes, commercial correspondence, marketing/sales processes, business processes, accounting, cost and performance accounting, financing and investment, contract law, human resources, project planning, economics, procurement/logistics, IT, business English, business mathematics, service documentation and billing, service production processes, online marketing measures and online sales, service communication, events/business trips, and handling foreign trade transactions and transportation of goods.
Independent preparation and implementation of teaching methods for both facetoface and online training.
Planning and conducting practical lessons, including the use of a digital learning platform, practice company, and effective internships.
You will also prepare participants for IHK exams and provide intensive support in the qualification process (support training, etc.), in collaboration with social workers, psychologists, and other instructors
