Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)


We are currently looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) to join our team in Darmstadt. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with no shift work and flexible working hours.



What you can expect in your role

  • You will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of machines and test benches in the areas of mechanics, electronics, and pneumatics
  • You will use machine tools to create spare parts
  • You will set up new test benches, modify existing systems, and handle the repair and re-commissioning of faulty equipment
  • You will oversee the relocation and connection of existing test systems, including laying and connecting cables and wires
  • You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and systematically resolving issues with test benches
  • Finally, you will document all maintenance work and equipment inspections, as well as manage the procurement of spare parts

What we expect from you

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d), machinist (m/f/d), or similar, with relevant work experience, ideally in the field of maintenance
  • Knowledge of machine maintenance
