What You Will Be Doing:


  • Taking on the responsible leadership and guidance of team assistants at two locations and being responsible for the organization of order processing, including scheduling, invoicing, and documentation in coordination with the managers of the profit centers being serviced.
  • Ensuring efficient administrative processes in line with the company's objectives regarding costeffectiveness, professional quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring professional or administrative complaints, grievances, or objections.
  • Supporting your assigned employees in their tasks when needed.
  • Leading, supporting, and developing employees.
  • Providing businessrelated key figures and deriving corresponding measures.
  • Planning personnel, costs, revenues
