Zur Verstärkung unserer IT suchen wir Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit als Enterprise Architect (m/w/d).

Das erwartet Dich bei uns:

Du bist zuständig für die Einführung eines Enterprise-Architecture-Managements bei der Koelnmesse
Du verantwortest neben der unternehmensweiten EA-Strategie, eine organisationsweite, ggf. auch internationale Implementierung eines EA-Tools inkl. Prozess-Definition und Rollout-Plans
Nach erfolgreicher Implementierung des EA-Tools verantwortest Du die Governance, Weiterentwicklung und Datenqualität innerhalb des Tools und definierst die technischen Leitplanken und Rahmenbedingen der IT-Technologiestrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit Application-, Service- und Anforderungsmanagement, dem Geschäftsbereich Digital sowie der IT-Sicherheit
Du leitest (fachlich) und coachst die Projektleiter der "Digitalen Transformation" in Fragen der IT-Architektur und stellst sicher, dass die architektonischen Vorgaben eingehalten werden und die Aktualität der Daten im EA-Tool gegeben ist
Du unterstützt die beiden Bereichsleiter IT sowie Digital und das Programm "Digitale Transformation" mit relevanten Daten und Visualisierungen, gibst Empfehlungen und begleitest die Erstellung und Implementierung der IT-Strategie und der IT-Roadmap

Das bringst Du mit:

erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, alternativ Studium mit Informatikschwerpunkt der Mathematik, Ingenieur-, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
umfangreiches integratives Verständnis für die Zusammenhänge von IT- und Fachbereichsprozessen
mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Enterprise Architecture in einem größeren oder global aufgestellten Unternehmen mit komplexer IT-Infrastruktur
Du kannst spezifische Erfahrungen in der Einführung eines EA-Tools (z.B LeanIX, Alfabet, AdoIT etc.) in einer heterogenen gewachsenen IT-Landschaft vorweisen
Du hast Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Architektur von SAP-Anwendungen wie z.B. SAP ERP, SAP S4/HANA, SAP CX Suite, von M365- und Sharepoint-Umgebungen, komplexen Web-Anwendungen sowie Virtualization, Containerization, Cloud- und PaaS - Systemen (z.B. Azure, AWS)
Du hast relevante Zertifizierungen (z.B. iSAQB, TOGAF)
Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Berater
gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie fließende Deutschkenntnisse
ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, insbesondere die Fähigkeit komplizierte IT-Sachverhalte für die Fachbereiche verständlich darzustellen und umgekehrt
