    Messerli Kramer serves individuals and businesses through three unique, yet complementary, divisions. We represent a variety of clients across a series of practice groups: Banking and Finance, Business Litigation, Corporate and Estate Planning, Commercial Real Estate, Family Law, and Equipment Financing.

    Position Details

    Messerli Kramer, a leading law firm in the Twin Cities, is seeking a transactional attorney to practice in the areas of commercial banking and equipment finance or other secured/unsecured financing. We are prepared to train who have a general lending background and are interested in addressing the needs of our existing clients and working with our nationally-recognized attorneys to develop their own practice.

    Requirements:

    · 3+ years of experience in commercial lending and/or equipment finance transactions

    · Knowledge of Articles 2A and/or 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code

    · Strong drafting and legal writing skills with strong attention to detail

    · Strong negotiating skills and ability to build relationships

    · Ability to prioritize, multi-task and be a self-starter
