For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the location in Bremen, Germany, as part of temporary employment, starting immediately for the following position:
Project Assistant for Location Topics (m/f/d) Ref


Job Profile:


The job holder (m/f/d) works in the project management department and is responsible for managing projects related to location topics.


  • Independently taking on projects (from project start to progress monitoring and action tracking to final project completion)
  • Promoting and supporting various focus topics (including location attractiveness, employee satisfaction, and crosscompany collaboration)
  • Assisting in the organization and planning of internal events at the location, such as anniversary celebrations, leadership dialogues, or other events for employees or external visitors
  • Supporting the implementation of strategic and operational, crosslocation projects
  • Providing organizational and administrative support in all crossfunctional, divisional, and locationrelated activities
  • Ensuring active (internal or external) management of risks and opportunities

Personal Requirements:


  • Independent, structured, and resultsoriented work to achieve goals on time and efficiently coordinate work processes
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with external and internal contacts at all levels
  • Confident and competent appearance and quick comprehension

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences or
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics
