Your contribution:


  • You analyze and classify incoming inquiries from users in 1st and 2nd level support
  • You analyze and resolve malfunctions in the hardware and software environment
  • You support users with process questions
  • You document the processing and solution paths in the ticket system
  • You optimize our service processes
  • As part of the IT team, you are responsible for incoming support requests

What you bring with you:


  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualifications
  • IT knowledge and a strong understanding of company processes
  • Ideally, experience in telephone user support and using a ticket system
  • Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Windows environment
  • Good communication skills and a confident demeanor
