    A Java Full Stack Developer is a professional who possesses expertise in both frontend and backend development using Java technologies.     Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer - W2 Contract

    Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) 2-3 days onsite

    Job type: W2 Contract Only (No C2C/CTH)

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    1. Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
    2. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
    3. Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code using Java/J2EE technologies.
    4. Developing frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or
    5. Integrating user-facing elements developed by frontend developers with server-side logic.
    6. Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
    7. Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
    8. Implementing security and data protection measures.
    9. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
    10. Troubleshooting issues, fixing bugs, and improving application performance.
    11. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in the software development industry.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
    3. Proficiency in Java/J2EE development, with a good understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
    4. Strong experience in frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or
    5. Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) for backend development.
    6. Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
    7. Knowledge of RESTful web services and API development.
    8. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
    9. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    10. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    11. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    2. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
    3. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
    4. Understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
    5. Certification in Java or relevant technologies is a plus.
