Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement software solutions that automate and streamline legal processes.
Work closely with department heads to analyze existing procedures and identify opportunities for automation.
Build and maintain secure, scalable multiplatform software systems.
Ensure consistent updates and upgrades are managed effectively to enhance functionality and security.
Collaborate with other technology team members to integrate new systems with existing firm infrastructure.
Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development.
Proficiency in frontend and backend programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Java,.NET, etc.
Experience with database management and data integration.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
