- Provide services to persons with mental illness as defined by the treatment plan such as behavioral assistance, child and your support services, crisis stabilization, adult rehabilitative day, life skills development, partial hospitalization, and other support services.
- Function as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicates client progress to team.

Description
Arisa Health is searching for candidates to fill a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider position for Therapeutic Day Treatment in Springdale. A high school diploma or GED is required. 1 year of behavioral health experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and/or adults in a behavior health setting. Recent college graduates or current students in the field of psychology, social work, sociology, child development, education, or a related field are encouraged to apply. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
The candidates must be culturally competent and disability accommodating with good client care. Good computer skills, leadership skills, and organizational skills are required. Candidates must have the ability to work independently and in a group setting.
Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.
This position is classified as full- time, non-exempt (hourly) and reports to the Program Coordinator.
Work hours: Full time, shift times 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
