For our *Berlin location*, we are looking for you as an *IT Services Specialist (m/f/d).

As part of the IT team, you will provide technical support in 1st and 2nd level via telephone, email, ticketing system, and in person.

In addition, you will take on responsibility in various administrative areas.

*YOUR TASKS

Advising and supporting users on hardware and software issues in the user help desk according to ITIL
Ensuring a very high level of service quality while adhering to IT processes and guidelines
Maintaining hardware and software in our ITSM asset management and automated software distribution
Further developing our modern hybrid cloud infrastructure
Working on firm-wide IT projects, assuming system responsibility and topic responsibilities

*YOUR PROFILE

Completed degree in business informatics, completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT system salesman/woman, or a comparable qualification
You already have several years of professional experience in operational IT service/user help desk
