- Three years pediatric therapy experience and one-year home health experience preferred.
- Must be a PT, OT or SLP who is currently licensed to practice in this state.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license, maintain automobile liability insurance, and have reliable transportation.Responsibilities:
- Manages overall operational and therapy functions in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of day-to-day therapy operations.
- Understands and adheres to all applicable home health regulations and standards.
- Supervises, develops, and leads multiple disciplines; OT, PT, ST.
- Serves as a resource person and role model to staff.
- Works closely with physicians and parents to provide high quality care.
- Oversees referral, staffing, and care coordination.
- Ensures that documentation is completed in accordance with Company policies.
