To strengthen our dynamic team in Oldenburg, we are currently looking for a Head of Marketing to join us as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for strategic brand management and the coordination of external and internal company communication.
You will plan, implement, and further develop various marketing and sales channels (email, social media, SEO, SEA, etc.).
You will develop strategic concepts for an effective online presence and execute impactful social media campaigns.
You will develop and create concepts for establishing new lead sources and channels.
You will create detailed performance analyses and reports for both longterm and shortterm advertising and action recommendations.
To ensure efficient and effective implementation of marketing strategies, you will be responsible for budget planning and monitoring.

Qualifications:

You have a degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, media, or communication.
You have previous experience in management, implementation, and coordination of performanceoriented advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and various social media platforms.
You have a good sense for creating quality content.
You have excellent communication skills, networking abilities, and the drive to contribute ideas and initiate new projects.
You are proactive and motivated to drive the company, the team, and your personal development forward.
