We are looking for a personable and detail oriented person to ensure the highest level of customer service and hospitality throughout the community.
This position is responsible for accurate and efficient management of weekly payroll, resident billing and accounting operational processes.Additionally the Business Operations Manager oversees the supervision of the business office including staffing and training of front-desk/concierge team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business and/or equivalent related experienceUnderstands accounting principles and budget administrationKnowledge of health care billing requirements, accounts receivable management and financial applicationsMinimum of two years' relevant experience required, preferably in the senior services industryKnowledge of billing long term care insurance a plusDemonstrated competencies in human resource management, staff development and management, problem resolutionKnowledge of HR practices, policies, laws and regulations a plusPossess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior careAbility to effectively communicate with residents, families, team members, vendors, and general publicExcellent time management and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work unconventional hours and support our weekend manager on duty programThe Waters is an equal opportunity employer proudly committed to a diverse workforce.
