Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate customer projects in terms of quality, technology, cost, budget, and ensure project objectives are met
  • Develop customized solutions, manage project execution, and coordinate operational project work
  • Plan and schedule resources, provide technical guidance, support, and motivation to the onsite project team and external resources
  • Act as the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships
  • Prepare proposals, determine pricing, and manage project objectives in collaboration with the site manager and regional manager
  • Document and track work orders, create work instructions
  • Manage change within the project
  • Design and optimize new processes

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as a mechanic, electrician, technician, or master (m/f/d) in the metal or plastic industry
  • 35 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar position or as a project or team leader (m/f
