Your responsibilities:

Acquiring new customers
Reactivating old customers
Maintaining existing customer relationships

Specifically, your tasks will include the following areas:
Calculation and quotation management
Expanding partnerships
Administrative data documentation from initial contact to production initiation
Handing over projects to production management
Integrating sales into work processes
Identifying market and industry developments and opportunities
Developing concepts and strategies for market penetration
Representing the company's philosophy
Managing external company image
Developing marketing strategies
Implementing and executing marketing measures
Identifying and contacting potential partners

Your profile:

Relevant expertise and industry knowledge, particularly in tool, mold, and fixture construction, foaming, tools, and articles
Extensive experience in metal processing
Independent and solution-oriented work style, as well as team and communication skills
Entrepreneurial and business thinking
Customer orientation and service mindset
Knowledge of advertising and sales psychology
Knowledge of rhetoric and conversation management
Strong communication skills
Willingness to travel and work on-site
