Customer Service Representative (m/f) in the insurance sector to join their team as soon as possible.

Your tasks at a glance:


  • As a competent contact person, you provide excellent telephone service for connected and potential business partners
  • You handle written and telephone inquiries from new and existing customers
  • You create tailored offers and prepare the corresponding documents
  • You develop and optimize daily business processes

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training as an insurance clerk or a comparable degree
  • Sales experience is desirable
  • First experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Very good MS Office knowledge
  • High customer and service orientation
