Customer Service Representative (m/f) in the insurance sector to join their team as soon as possible.

Your tasks at a glance:

As a competent contact person, you provide excellent telephone service for connected and potential business partners
You handle written and telephone inquiries from new and existing customers
You create tailored offers and prepare the corresponding documents
You develop and optimize daily business processes

Your qualifications:

Completed training as an insurance clerk or a comparable degree
Sales experience is desirable
First experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
Excellent verbal communication skills
Very good MS Office knowledge
High customer and service orientation
