Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated employee (m/f/d) to join our team at our branch in Hannover, New Market, MD in full-time or part-time.
Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial and payroll accounting for handover to the payroll office or tax consulting firm
- Management of cash and postage funds
- Monitoring and processing of electronic payments
- Telephone switchboard / correspondence with clients and contractors
- General maintenance of projectspecific documents
- General human resources tasks
- Independent completion of all classic and challenging assistant tasks
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office and general administrative software
- Good comprehension, organizational skills, and independent and systematic work approach
- High level of motivation, commitment, flexibility, and teamwork
