We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated employee (m/f/d) to join our team at our branch in Hannover, New Market, MD in full-time or part-time.


Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial and payroll accounting for handover to the payroll office or tax consulting firm
  • Management of cash and postage funds
  • Monitoring and processing of electronic payments
  • Telephone switchboard / correspondence with clients and contractors
  • General maintenance of projectspecific documents
  • General human resources tasks
  • Independent completion of all classic and challenging assistant tasks

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general administrative software
  • Good comprehension, organizational skills, and independent and systematic work approach
  • High level of motivation, commitment, flexibility, and teamwork
