Job Duties

Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of project management principles and practices, research methods, business English and mathematics, automated office equipment, filing systems and principles

  • Demonstrated ability to independently perform assignments accurately and quickly under pressure
  • Ability to work as part of a team to provide support to the Agency Director and staff
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple shortterm projects, and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to interpret policies, draft procedures, conduct research, and make sound recommendations
  • Must possess excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with PC's, Microsoft Office, Google, and Adobe software
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record
