They are seeking Direct Sales Reps to join their rapidly growing team in Connecticut.

    Job Description:

    • The Direct Sales Representative will be working with consumers on a door-to-door basis.
    • The Sales Representative will identify and target potential customers within a specific geographic location. The ultimate goal is to develop rapport and have conversations with customers to understand their personal internet needs and preferences.
    • Customers welcome discussions on internet alternatives that inform them about features, benefits, product differences, and pricing.
    • The goal is to evaluate individual customers' existing and potential needs, and make recommendations to superior cost effective services.

    Requirements:

    • Direct sales experience is preferred.
    • Upbeat positive outgoing personality
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • The ability to build and maintain customer relationships
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently

    Base Salary: $35,000

    Total Compensation: $75,000 $105,000 year 1 (uncapped commission)
